Ebay bullying tactics now requires me to accept olny paypal payments. All paypal payments must be made within one week of the auction's closing date or i reserve the right to relist the item and leave 'proper' feedbakc unless other arrangements have been agreed upon prior to the auctions ending.

However it may be less to ship to some states than others. I will revise the shipping fees if this is the case for the final buyer's state. Countries with extensive delays in customs are brazil, mexico, belgium, austria, israel, germany, tialy and few other countries.
